Gary S. Traub, Ph.D., Director/CEO
Dr. Traub is the Director of Advanced Billing Solutions, Inc. He is a clinical psychologist licensed by the state of Florida. After graduating Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Florida, he earned his doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Florida State University. He is listed in the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology, and in the National Distinguished Service Registry of Medical and Vocational Rehabilitation. He also serves on the vocational rehabilitation provider panel for the state of Florida.
He is a Diplomate in psychopharmacology of the International College of Professional Psychology, and is a member of the American Psychological Association, Florida Psychological Association, National Association of Professional Psychology Providers, American Academy of Pain Management, and American Board of Medical Psychotherapy. He is also certified by the American College of Professional Psychology in the treatment of alcohol and substance use disorders.
He has held past positions as Director of the Behavioral Medicine program at North Broward Medical Center, Director of the Behavioral Medicine rotation for an APPIC-accredited psychology internship program at the North Broward Neurological Institute, Director of psychology and of the multidisciplinary pain program at Sunrise Rehabilitation Hospital, and Chairman of the professional advisory board for the Epilepsy Association of Broward County. He was also a teaching fellow at Florida State University, and an adjunct professor at Broward Community College. He has published articles and provided lectures and presentations in areas such as biofeedback, locus of control, fear of flying, intelligence testing, shyness, test-retest reliability of the Spanish MMPI, chronic pain, and stress.
In addition to his vast clinical and administrative experience within the mental health field, he has also written several mental health practice management software programs, became certified in computer networks (Network Plus Certified Professional), and consulted with many health care professionals about their billing, practice management, and computerization needs. He presently resides in Boca Raton, Florida, and serves as the Director/CEO of our company.
Kevin Collins, Director of Business Operations and Marketing
Mr. Collins, who lives in Huntington, New York, has had an illustrious career in managing software companies in various capacities. After years as a vice president at Rational Software, a publicly traded company, he became vice president of Computer Associates, one of the world’s largest computer software suppliers.
Kenneth Tucker, M.S., LMHC, VP of Marketing
Mr. Tucker resides in Boca Raton, Florida, where he has been practicing as a psychotherapist for the past 30 years. During that time, he has also served as the Director of Marketing for Health Sciences America, Inc., and then subsequently for, Professional Drug Research, Inc., two companies that performed clinical studies for major pharmaceutical companies. Additionally, he is the author of 3 books, and is well regarded for his literary talents. He has joined us in the capacity of VP of Marketing, and is responsible for client acquisition and retention.
Lore Edwards, Billing Supervisor
Ms. Edwards has over 15 years of experience in the medical billing field. She has worked in a variety of settings and has been lauded for her achievements in enhancing the reimbursement rates of each organization where she worked. For the past two years, she has chosen to specialize in mental health billing. During that time, she served as the Billing Director for a private mental health clinic. She joins us as the Billing Supervisor. She presently resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Rona Traub, B.A., Billing and Collections Consultant
Ms. Traub has a long and industrious career in medical billing. After earning her degree in accounting from Rutgers University, she moved to Florida and became the Director of Billing for a private mental health clinic. She subsequently became the Billing Supervisor at the Broward County Health Department. She is credited with substantially increasing the revenue for that agency, and has received numerous awards and accolades for her innovative work. We are privileged to have her available as our billing and collections consultant. She presently resides in Boca Raton, Florida.
